A Comprehensive Evaluation Model and Its Empirical Analysis Based on CCA Method and SAS Software
Two models are developed based on Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA). One is the comprehensive evaluation model and the other is the predictive model. The complementation of CCA is by coding programs in the SAS software. Using sample data, both the comprehensive evaluation index of customer satisfaction and communication technology quality are found, significant linear correlation between them is detected, and the correlations between user satisfaction indicators and communication quality factors are discovered. The authors make a detailed explanation for modeling process via vertical and horizontal analysis. Experimental results show that the calculations on the regression equations are efficient and feasible.
