Application of LabVIEW-based Wavelet Transform to the Analysis of Gearbox Vibration Signal
The non-stationary gearbox vibration signal is frequently covered up by random noises, thus exerting certain difficulties on the extraction of features of fault signals. This paper, under the conditions of LabVIEW, uses the graphical programming language and the wavelet analysis technology to analyze the vibration signal of CA6140 lathe gearbox and to get the characteristic frequency of gearbox faults as well as that of frequency doubling faults of rotating frequency of Ⅲ axis and Ⅱ axis, thus providing theoretical basis for further diagnosis.
