Analysis on the Impact of IT Capabilities of 3PL Firms on Logistics Performance and Financial Performance
Combination with IT applications in the third-party logistics enterprise, the composition of IT capabilities in the third-party logistics enterprise is theoretically analyzed, and the direct positive influence of IT capabilities of the third party logistics on its logistics performance is discussed, then the indirect positive influence of IT capabilities on its financial performance through the role of logistics performance is further theoretically analyzed. Based on the theoretical analysis, the conceptual model of the paper reflecting relations among IT capabilities, logistics performance and financial performance is put forward.
