The traditional Logistics vs. The Reverse Logistics in Operations Management

Currently the Reverse Logistics is very important for the companies what need improving their competitive advantages. In this paper we analyze the more relevant differences of traditional and Reverse Logistics in order to clarify and to better understand both important functions of the organization. We demonstrate that the Reverse Logistics present important differences that make it independent of the direct flow of Logistics
