Challenges faced by customers: Highlighting E-shopping problems

In this computer age; electronic technology is considered a basic factor, business is sought to be transacted in the thinnest possible way and yet safe. This mission has created an open door for e-commerce success in the society today, but leaves behind an apparent lack in security protection for its users. This paper reports some of the basic problem faced in relation to online shopping. It discusses the invaluable need for online shopping site managers on the step they should further take to improve security and encourage individuals to shop online. This paper explain types of e-commerce, reason why shoppers abandon shopping carts, challenges faced on a website while shopping e.g. speed, enhancing the capabilities of search engines etc.
