Research on Zhejiang Provinces Total Factor Productivity: Based On Solow Model

摘要：

This paper makes positive research into the TFP of Zhejiang Province, using the economic data from 1978 to 2008, based on Solow Model. From the perspective of the TFP, we analyze three significant factors to study the quality of Zhejiang economic growth, so that we can choose the path of long-term economic growth and adjust the structure of factor inputs, by overcoming the inaccuracy of data and applying scientific data promotion technology. We conclude that the economic growth of Zhejiang is capital driven and economic growth can not be maintained just by capital driven. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the Total Factor Productivity and transform the growth mode and change the capital driven growth into innovation driven growth.
