Why Chinese Companies Listing in U.S.Got Scrutinized?
This article summarized the fact that along with the fact that more and more Chinese companies listing in U.S. securities exchanges, more and more Chinese companies caused class action lawsuits in overseas capital market. The reasons behind that include ignorance of the overseas capital market, financial fraud/loophole and the existence of capital market vultures. The way to avoid the class action lawsuits include: increasing knowledge of the U.S. capital market, improve the integrity of the listing companies and improve the corporate governance.
