A Conceptual Framework of the Relationship Between Innovation and Organizational Performance in Mobile Telecommunications Sector
Nowadays, the all companies in Mobile Telecommunications Sector (MTS) are operating in a complex changeable environment due to emergence of new services, technology development, change of customers satisfaction, and fierce competition. In this situation, MTS need to adopt innovative ways to achieve high Organizational Performance (OP). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between innovation and OP in MTS. The intensive review of previous study is explored a serious gap in the literature of relationship between innovation and OP, particalary in MTS. Subsequently, this study will try to fill the gap during provide a conceptual framework based on resource-based view theory. The proposed conceptual framework is considered a contribution towards the enrichment of the relevant literature. Moreover, this study as a stepping stone for further research on finding importance enhance innovation towards improve OP in the MTS.
