The Research on the Relations of Job Value, Job Involvement and Work Performance
Our study focuses on the relations between work value, job involvement and individual performance. Based on the literature review of the related studies, we establish theorical model and propose hypotheses. Though survey of young workers in companies, we try to explore the preference of work stability, work variety Job involvement and work performance and give some suggestions for further study and practice.
