A Conceptual Framework of the Knowledge Management And Business Performance

摘要：

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between knowledge management, which consests of processes and contentet with business performance. The main objective of this study is to investigate whether knowledge management has a direct effect on business performance. However, a review of the management literature reveals that the relationship between knowledge management and business performance is still vague. Hence this study will try to fill the gap from the perspective of resource-based view.
