Reviewing of ISO Systems implementation in National organizations (Case study:Isfahan organizations, Isfahan, Iran)
Nowadays Often Organization Is Following Slave That Promot ion Productquality And Services Terms Necessary And Necess ary For Survival and the presence of In Market And Competition is global. ISO quality management system in the recipient to create obligations, establish, implement and maintain established quality management system is such that if necessary to the organizations ability to establish quality management system proven it can be evaluated. The aim of this study establish the effectiveness of quality management system in the Ministry of Energy subsidiaries in Isfahan is a certified ISO quality management systems are. For this purpose, the theoretical foundations of research in relation to quality management, total quality management, different attitudes to the quality and background research, research design and questionnaire to collect data from the population which consists of managers in the Ministry of Energy subsidiaries Isfahan is action was taken. After data collection to data analysis was discussed.
