The integration of ecological and social elements in organizations strategic management
Nowadays, the concept of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility is assimilated at corporate level in order to better shaping the image of the organization within the community and not in order to create added value which is integrated and emitted from the entire flow of organizations activities and results. We suggest that their presence should be more consistent both within the organizations long term management vision, as well as within the concrete management actions during each step of the production and selling cycle. Such approach will allow a real integration of the two concepts in the strategic and operational actions of a company, even from the early phase of designing the products and services and their development according to markets request.
