A Review of Factors Influencing User Satisfaction in Indonesias Online Newspaper
This study examines the correlations between information (content, accuracy, format, and timeliness), system (ease of use), pricing and environment with user satisfaction of Indonesias online newspapers, based on the Doll and Torkzadeh framework. The benefit of this research is to help online newspaper providers increase their focus on factors that contribute to user satisfaction, thus increasing quality as well as user satisfaction. Furthermore, this paper also helps to encourage newspapers to provide online versions by presenting the factors that contribute to user satisfaction so they can increase their competitive advantage over existing online news providers. This study identifies three factors that influence satisfaction of online newspaper users in Indonesia: content, ease of use, and pricing.
