Research and Analysis on Relationship of Financial Profit and Corporate Governance
The evaluation of corporate governance effectiveness is always one of the important tasks the scholastics in the scope of corporate governance pay close attention to. Because the input and the output of corporate governance are combined with the gross input and gross output of corporations, they could not be observed independently. Thus at present the study achievements of the corporate governance effectiveness are mainly based on the precondition the Financial profit is the results of corporate governance effectiveness, whether the precondition is tenable or not will have great influence on the reliability of study results of the corporate governance effectiveness, while this problem has not been solved preferably. Based on analysis of the current study achievements, the model of relationship between Financial profit and corporate governance effectiveness was set up. Research and analysis on relation between two sides were carried out by use of this model, and there arrived at the conclusion that the Financial profit is the results of the corporate governance effectiveness so as to provide the precondition for evaluation and study of corporate governance effectiveness.
