A two scale age dependent metapopulation model

摘要：

A metapopulation model dependent of the population age is presented. The mode has a two scale movement possibility and an interaction matrix for any two different locations at each scale. The dynamic of the model has a local and a global component. The global component or metapopulation is divided in two migration scales, in the first scale only the national migration is considered, while the second reflects the international migration. A model simulation is performed, where the numerical behavior of an international network population under certain assumptions can be observed.
