Monitoring the situation of the enterprise is essential because in this way information can be collected giving the possibility of remarking the trends which indicates opportunities or dangers. Establishing a monitoring cycle can increase the ability of a company to make changes in business and readjust the objectives when the internal or external environment is imposing it. Hereby planning helps to anticipate the problems and provides a much higher adaptability at the environmental changes. The method used in our research is a strategic steering of the enterprise resulting from a multidisciplinary approach, including the internal and external analysis of the environment of SC TRANSURB SA. Galati. Despite the conclusions of the study showing the depreciation of all financial indicators, using the monitoring cycle will help SC TRANSURB SA to overcome most of the negative aspects.
