The use of profitability analysis of business within the commercial companies Profitability analysis of a bussiness
The theme treated in this paper is a topic of interest both theoretically and practically. We consider that it is one of the issues that have aroused controversy in the theoretical aspect, although it seems an accessible term to all. The profit is considered to be the engine of the company. Without its existence the economic agents would not be tempted to produce, which will lead to an imbalance in terms of both macroeconomic and microeconomic. The method adopted in this article consists in using economic indicators to analyze the company, and using the literature of specialty. As economists we must be careful not to create the impression that productive activity is somehow superior to any other activities. In conclusion regardless of how is seen the profit obtaining, its importance cannot be challenged. The profit is the motivation of the economic activity and firstly the based motivation for the economic agents. Without the existence of profit would not exist the intention to produce, to satisfy the consumer what would mean an economic imbalance and hence the establishment of chaos.
