Cryptanalysis on A CA-based Image Encryption Algorithm

摘要：

In this paper, we broke a novel image encryption scheme based on replacement of the pixel values using recursive cellular automata. First, we described the CA principle and Chens image encryption system. Then its defects were discussed and we bought forward a chosen-plaintext attack. At last, some valuable research orientations were proposed in conclusion for further investigation.
