Research of Node Self-Positioning Algorithm in Ad Hoc Network

In this paper, we analyzed and compared the performance of latest Ad Hoc network node selfpositioning algorithms and proposed * novel algorithm using net acceleration to count steps and calculate step length so that the impact of sensor obliquity and direction can be excluded. When calculating step length, the effect of accidental factors can be eliminated with the use of different methods calculating at the same time to get the weighted average. Using acceleration sensor can estimate the length and frequency of steps and the movement distance of a walking man to do realtime location. Through experiments the positioning algorithm was proved in this paper relatively accurate and equipment simple.
