A New Design of Long Distance Oil well Parameter Transmission System
According to the disadvantages on existed oil well parameter transmission system, a new design of long distance oil well parameter transmission system was proposed. By setting a float transponder system on the surface of oil level in pipeline, signals gathered from sensors at the bottom of oil well will be A/D sampled, filtered and modulated by effective method in FPGA, then the modulated signal will be transmitted through a compositive core wire to the float transponder system where signals will be demodulated by zero-crossing detection method in ultra-low-power(ULP) MSP430F123 MCU, when the demodulation process is finished, the demodulated signals will be transmitted in a wireless way to the monitoring system on the ground. Experimental results of the designed system shows that the proposed method is reasonable and effective, it has great value in oil engineering.
