A Three-tier Architecture of The Internet of Things Management
The development of the Internet of Things is the hot topic nowadays. A variety of standards and key technologies for the Internet of Things are evolving. The management of Internet of Things becomes urgent In this paper, we divide the management of the Internet of Things into three levels. They are terminal layer, communication layer and business layer. Terminal layer combines EPC and RFID and Savant to realize the function of Plug and Play on terminal device, so it can simplify the process of network configuration and improve the efficiency of network deployment. For communication layer, a management model is proposed on multi-domain network which benefits for managers to monitor the entire network effectively. ITIL concept is introduced in business layer which can help to improve management efficiency and service quality.
