A Similarity Measure of Scene Match and Evaluating Method

摘要：

Errors in scene match for cruise guidance are scale, rotation, shift, twist and noise between two images, considering the error origin, this paper gives a similarity metric based on distance, and designs simulation experiments for scene match algorithm. A method is proposed to get the statistical parameters. The algorithm complexity of the similarity metric proposed in this paper is smaller than Nprod (Normalized Product Correlation), but more robust than Nprod measure in the changes of scale and rotation. The artificial experiment designed in this paper shows that this approach is better than Nprod measure on both the accuracy and valid matching probability.
