Design of Detection System of Presswork Quality Based-on Machine Vision
In the process of producing presswork, traditional manual methods of detecting presswork quality can not meet the industrial requirements of speed and accuracy because of subjective factors. This paper designs and builds a presswork defect detection system which is made up with computer, linear array CCD camera, image acquisition card, lights, encoder and other devices. This system provides an experiment platform for on-line detection of presswork defects. In the software system, creating templates of original presswork which based-on gray value is compared with detected image using the method which based on pyramid structure. This method achieves the purpose of rapid matching and detection.
