As data of information times increasing, Data mining has been widely used in every walk of life. This paper systemly analysises course and key technique of data mining based on summarizing concept of data mining, introduces data mining application in modern logistics system, points out that data mining can distill useful data form numerous and jumbled information and will offer powerful sustainment to modern logistics system management through statistical analyse.
