Illumination design of gyroscope pivot bearing surface defect detection system
Design of task-oriented illumination system is proposed, because of design of illumination system being short of systematic analysis, and design method being short of criterion in visual detection. Microdefections of gyroscope pivot bearing with high curvature and glabrous surface are detected, characteristic of detection surface and refection model are analyzed firstly, complex illumination system with coaxial and ring light is proposed, illuminance uniformity of targets area is analyzed by emulation mode, grey scale uniformity and articulation that are calculated by image grey, illumination system is optimized, it prove that complex illumination system is more suit defect detection of gyroscope pivot bearing surface.
