The Research and Implementation of Automated C Language Code Defect Detection Tool
The C programming language is a powerful and highly efficient program language. Meanwhile, its safety control mechanism is loose and programming style is free. Even compiling the C procedure correctly, it cant guarantee that there arent any defects in the code. It is possible that the defects can seriously endanger execution of program or have great impact on maintainability of software. In this paper, we first introduce related contents about automatic code defect detection techniques in code inspection and several representative code inspection tools, present a set of code defect detection rules related to field of software-related aerospace, then propose a detection approach based on detection sequence, and designs an automatic code defect detection tool CCDIT (C Code Defect Inspection Tool) for C procedure. Our experiments show that the tool is of high robustness, accuracy and usability.
