Research on the Improvement of E-government Using Linked Data
The increasing efficiency of managing affairs and sharing resources among different departments is critical in modem e-government. The researches on egovernment are most focusing on information organization mode and metadata. Inspired from linked data, we propose using linked data technology in egovernment websites which publish linked data and establish the interlinking hub similar with DBpedia. The linked data technology can connect related data which is in different resources. The interlinking hub which is made a central hub for linking other data contains semantic relations bridging different domains, so we can get a huge interlinking network. And more resources are sharing by different departments. The structured information increases the efficiency of managing affairs among different departments and reduces the cost in searching data. It benefits the development of e-government in china.
