A DMD adaptive multispectral imager based on Ethernet transmission
Firstly, this paper describes the basic theory of Hadamard transform and Digital Micro-mirror Device (DMD) technology. Secondly, to actualize data distributed collection and centralized processing, this system uses Ethernet transmission system based on FPGA which can transmit digital signal in high speed. Thirdly, the system of DMD adaptive multispectral imager based on Ethernet transmission including Optical System, image circuit, spectral data processing circuit and Ethernet transmission system is given. The DMD is used in this system as a programmable mask instead of conventional mechanical mask. This system obtains two-dimensional space information and one-dimensional spectrum information of the target in real time by using DMD.A preliminary imaging test is given after the assembly is complete, including recording, processing and recovering object image. The experiment proves that the multispectral imager has a good performance and the recover algorithm is correct.
