The application of RFID technology in road passenger transportation safety supervision system
For road passenger safety supervision, it is needed to establish information exchange relationships among enterprises, among passenger stations, between vehicles and enterprise or passenger stations, between drivers and enterprises or passenger stations. This paper introduced a model based on RFID technology to establish safety supervision system. The system focuses on the process of vehicle assignment by transportation companies, arriving and departure report by passenger station. It enhances the management and checking on the qualification of crews, and supports auditing and tracing on the log of assignments and security inspections. As a result, the process of vehicle assigning, arriving and departure reporting, security checking are standardized, possible infracting operations are stopped at the beginning, therefore ensures the transportation security.
