The Research and Implementation of the Method of Licence Plate Image Feature Extraction Based on SVD

摘要：

With the SVD as algebraic features the extraction method, gain the useful features description of the images. In Matlab development environment, extract and obtain the singular value(SV) feature of licence plate character. This feature can express the character image details and structure characteristics. Through the datas and Curve analysis, it can prove that licence character feature has better divisibility.
