Non-fragile filter design for a class of Networked Control System
The non-fragile filtering problem is proposed for a class of networked control system (NCS) with random communication delays and data packet dropouts and solves the fragile filtering problem. The random delays and data dropouts are modeled as a binary switching sequence satisfying a Bernoulli distribution. In terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), a sufficient condition is given for the existence of the H-infinity filter, and the obtained non-fragile H-inflnity filter guarantees the filter error system of exponentially mean-square stability and a prescribed H-infinity performance for a restricted multiplicative gain variation of filer gain. Simulation example illustrates the validity of the proposed design approach.
