A Cloud Model-based Coverage Protocol based on Voronoi Diagram
This paper presents a cloud model-based coverage protocol based on Voronoi diagram (VCMCP) for the wild randomly deployed coverage issues. Taking into account the impaction of wild environment to the sensing radius, the VCMCP uses the combination of the cloud model-based coverage module and Voronof diagram to detect the coverage holes and compute the unite detection-ability, which can reduce the number of coverage holes effectively under the condition of 1degree coverage. The superiority and effectiveness are proved by simulation.
