Research on the Selecting Model of 4PL to 3PL

The keen competition among modern logistics enterprises largely depends on the selection of suppliers. Thus the evaluation and selection of the third party logistics supplier is the key to achieve the fourth party logistics. By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of the third party logistics suppliers, and building a mathematical model by combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), a comprehensive solution of how to evaluate and select the third party logistics supplier will be made for the fourth party logistics enterprise, also will be exercised a computational analysis with an example.
