ZnO thin film measurement system accelerometer charge amplifier design

摘要：

The charge amplifier and acceleration sensors in one, can directly record and display the measurement data, simplifying the test system to improve the test precision and reliability. Charge amplifier circuit design is simple, easy to debug, high integration, low cost, favorable to promote the ZnO thin films widely used acceleration sensors.
