The design and realization of RF automatic test system calibration adapter software

摘要：

The design of RF automatic test system calibration adapter software based on LabWindows/CVI is introduced in this paper. The insertion loss data of the test channel are required via test, which are used to improve the accuracy of automatic test system by data compensation. Meanwhile, DLL for getting insertion loss of data, management of resources, edition of channels and other functions are also designed in the software, all the characteristics make it more flexible and universal.
