Simulation and Characteristics Analysis of UWB Multipath Channel in Mine

The characteristics of multipath propagation in stope face in mine are analyzed and S-V model, IEEE802.15.3a model and Δ-K modified model are created. The analysis show that stope face in mine is complicated, the signal dispersion is obvious after multipath propagation and delay spread is serious, which influence and limit transmission speed and channel capacity. Therefore, the UWB base station demands higher requirements.
