Based on VBA and Ipsolver Data Envelope Analysis

This article mainly analyzed Data Envelope Analysis theory and its application based on VBA and Ipsolver,and unified an example about hospital to carry on the analysis.It demonstrated the union of VBA and Ipsolver enhanced the ability of Data Envelope Analysis theory to solve actual problem.
