Research on Identification Model and Countermeasures for the College Students Network Entrepreneurial Risk
On the basis of interviews with 45 students who are Internet entrepreneurs,this paper uses content analytical method and exploratory factor analysis of students classified network venture to build a network of entrepreneurial students the process of risk identification model.Combined with the risk matrix and potential failure modes the paper analyzes the theory of the quantitative assessment.Research results show that:(I) students often face four types of the Internet business risk which are opportunity risk,team risk,resource risk and management risk;(2) through quantitative analysis of the potential business risk,opportunity identification,entrepreneurship rational,entrepreneurial team,access to resources,credit environment,there exist high risk; (3) Internet entrepreneurs of College students can take various measures to avoid risks.
