Model of Super Efficiency Data Envelopment Analysis Based on Fuzzy Arithmetic with Application to Feasibility Assessment of Enterprises to be Invested

摘要：

Traditional data envelopment analysis (DEA) always require crisp data,and however,crisp data are not always available in real world.A super efficient DEA model based on fuzzy arithmetic is developed and then a method of ranking decision making units (DMUs) is introduced.At last,the application to feasibility assessment of four enterprises to be invested proves the method is effective and can be promoted to other project evaluations.
