Procurement Cost Control Based on Constraints of Key Process Nodes

摘要：

On the premise of increasing factors and uncertainty of corporate procurement costs,the model of procurement cost control based on constraint of process nodes is proposed.Two key nodes,determination of optimal purchases based on Assembly to Order (ATO) and supplier selection based on Activity-Based Costing (ABC) are established,which are constrained to control the cost of procurement.Through information modeling of the two key nodes and their procurement process,a procurement information management system is developed,which is applied in assemble enterprises with complete set of machinery and electronic product.
