A Method of Software Control for the Acceleration Sensor Output Signal Gain
For the problem of circuit calibration process cumbersome,inefficient calibration,the system can not change the output signal gain of the Piezoelectric acceleration sensor signal conditioning during running,After the charge amplifier,controlled by micro controller,variable gain operational amplifier is used to achieve real-time control of the output signal gain.By the analog to digital conversion module(A/D) integrated on the microprocessor,the acceleration sensor output signal is detected.At the same time,the microprocessor also controls the variable gain operational amplifier in expected range by its current mode D/A switch module (IDAC).This circuit in the sensor circuit and calibration of the ballistic projectile during signal acquisition both overload the application test.Experiments show that this method can be easily and accurately adjusted in real time piezoelectric acceleration sensor output signal gain,in line with requirements.
