Automatic Construction of Fuzzy Systems by Particle Swarm Optimization
This paper introduces Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) based method to construct a satisfactory fuzzy system directly from some gathered input-output data of the discussed problem.In this method,The structure is generate from train data,fine tuning of parameters encoded in the structure is accomplished using PSO.With the adequate fitness function,the proposed method with PSO produces a fuzzy system with suitable placement of the premises fuzzy sets and proper location of the consequent singletons.Finally,one example is illustrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
