Improvement on Gap Detection Servo System of EDM Based on Fuzzy Inference System

摘要：

The chief purpose of servo control system is gap detection and control during the process of EDM.In this paper,there are evaluations and introductions about two gap detection methods-average voltage detection and effective spark number detection,which are widely used in nowadays.A new method based on fuzzy P1D adaptive control about the two gap detection methods is introduced to improve the accuracy and anti-interference performance.
