Dynamical Segmented 1+N Dedicated Protection Mechanism in WDM Network

摘要：

The survivability design is essential to WDM network,moreover,it is important to control the wavelengths consumption for protection effectively.With analysis of the real-time network load,a dynamical segmented 1+N dedicated protection strategy is introduced,which can determine the segments for protection and establish backup paths via network coding.Compared with the traditional end to end dedicated protection strategy,simulations show that the strategy can reduce the wavelengths consumption for protection obviously.
