On e-SCM- a new information resolving method in international trade
Governments and enterprises need to implement the integrated e-SCM system for that reason that the traditional supply chain system is lower efficiency and lower competitiveness.With the development of computers application and the stronger software on the market,many governments and enterprises can make use of e-SCM system widely.But the e-SCM system has to face the challenges and threats which can not be cancelled or ignored soon or later.Especially,when one county occur trade,highly effective and efficient e-SCM systems are the key role to conquer the nature risk.In the e-supply chain system,governments,enterprises,play different roles in the process of risk relief aid.
