Nonlinear Estimation of IR Image Clutter Background Based On Neural Networks

摘要：

Aim at the detection of weak target under the real sky background IR image,this paper proposed a method for the nonlinear estimation of IR image clutter background based on neural networks.Then carries out a series of experiment using real IR images to examine the effectiveness of the method that this paper proposed.
