The Design of APU Monitoring System

摘要：

APU is the aircraft auxiliary power unit In order to guarantee the safe operation of APU and to maximize the effectiveness of APU in work,in the LabVIEW environment,visualization technology is utilized and the APU condition monitoring system is designed.In this paper,the common malfunction of APU,the components of the monitoring system,the system simulation principle,the system simulation process and so on are analyzed and studied.Simulation results show that the system is simple and easy to use.As long as the collected parameters of APU condition are input into the system,it can offer real-time monitoring,early warning and prediction of APU,and give advice and measures about the quick fixes of the malfunction.
