Application of virtual prototyping technology in rice transplanter design

摘要：

The solution of rice transplanter design was presented based on Pro/Engineer/ADAMS/ANSYS softwares.Taking rice transplanter as the research object,the transplanter virtual prototyping model was established,the simulation analysis and finite element analysis were done.The results shown that the virtual prototype technology can make rapidly and accurately analysis and improve test of the transplanter.Thereby the design speed can be improved,the design cycle can be cut down,and the design cost can be reduced.By assessing the real physical prototype of virtual prototype,it shows that virtual prototype technology can offer help for complex agricultural machinery structure design
