Software Upgrading Approach for Cable Modem
With the increasing application of Cable Modem,the software needs to be upgraded continuously in order to upgrade the function or eliminate the defects of products.The implementation approaches for software upgrading of Cable Modem system is introduced in this paper.When the power of Cable Modem is on,the data flow is passed to the cable modem through TFTP server,and the image automatic online upgrading is completed.The BootLoader will upgrade according to the configuration of the image when it is needed.
