Research and Design of Operation and Maintenance Service Management System of MIS Based on ITIL for Chinese Universities
The trend of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) service management of Management Information System (MIS) is automation.The standard model of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and its theory is employed to customize the service model of O&M management of MIS.By analyzing the requirements of O&M management system,system architecture of O&M system of MIS is proposed in this paper.Based on the custom model and system architecture,activity diagram,flow chat,state diagram and class diagram of fault management process which is the core process of O&M service management system of MIS are presented.Also according to the object oriented programming technology,database is designed by using object relative mapping technology.The result shows that the workflow of MIS O&M service is optimized and the service quality of O&M is improved.
